Our founder started KB Community Care after experiencing frustration with the limitations and impersonal nature of large care companies. As an Independent Support Worker, she discovered the immense value of truly understanding participants and their goals, providing faster, more effective, and efficient support. This personalised approach has significantly improved participants’ lives and now forms the foundation for the dedicated and dynamic team at KB Community Care.
